Shipping policy
We deliver across Trinidad & Tobago. Orders are packed with care and shipped after payment is confirmed.
🚚 Delivery Timeframes
- Orders are typically processed within 1 business day after payment is confirmed (Mon–Fri).
- Once dispatched, delivery takes 2–3 business days.
- Tracking details are shared via WhatsApp or email once your order is handed over to the courier.

We currently ship to all locations within Trinidad & Tobago.
💳 Payment & Shipping
- Orders are shipped only after payment is successfully processed via WiPay (credit/debit).
- For security, we do not dispatch orders with unconfirmed or failed payments.
📦 Shipping Fees
- Delivery is included in the product price unless otherwise stated on the product page.
- If any special delivery terms apply (e.g., oversized items), it will be clearly noted before checkout.
⚠️ Important Notes
- We do not offer same-day delivery at this time.
- We do not currently deliver outside of Trinidad & Tobago.
- Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate at checkout to avoid delays.
- If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, a re-delivery fee may apply.
