Refund & Warranty Policy – SDR Emporium (Trinidad & Tobago Only)

At SDR Emporium, we are committed to providing quality products and transparent after-sales support. Please review this policy carefully before placing an order.

πŸ“† Return & Issue Reporting Window

  • Return requests or defect reports must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Any damage or defect must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Items reported after 14 days are not eligible for return, refund, or replacement under our return policy.

βœ… Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a return, refund, or warranty assessment:

  • Defective Items: Products that develop a fault during normal use within 14 days of delivery are eligible for return or warranty assessment, even if the item has been used.
  • Condition: Items must not show signs of misuse, abuse, liquid damage, electrical damage, impact damage, or unauthorized modification.
  • Packaging & Accessories: Original packaging, manuals, accessories, and all components must be returned where reasonably possible.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid order confirmation or receipt is required.
  • Verification: Photos or videos demonstrating the defect may be required before approval.

Please note: Items returned without a confirmed defect or returned due to change of mind must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

To initiate a return or warranty claim, email info@sdr-emporium.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return or claim
  • Clear photos or videos (required for defective or damaged items)

If your request is approved, we will provide return instructions and a return address. Please do not ship items back without prior approval.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was received defective or incorrect. We do not currently offer pickup services for returns.

🚫 Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Personal care or hygiene products
  • Items damaged due to misuse, incorrect installation, or electrical supply issues
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Gift cards or digital products

πŸ” Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

  • Approved items must be returned first
  • A new order must be placed for the replacement item

πŸ’° Refunds

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Refund approval is subject to inspection and, where applicable, supplier or manufacturer confirmation.
  • If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method via WiPay within 10–14 business days.
  • Refunds cannot be issued in cash or to alternate accounts.

Refunds will not be processed for items received outside the 14-day return window, regardless of when the request was submitted.

If a product becomes faulty after the 14-day return period but remains within the manufacturer’s warranty:

  • We will assist with warranty support in line with manufacturer terms
  • Warranty outcomes may include repair, replacement, or other resolution
  • Additional processing time may apply due to supplier handling
